Kids Foodie and Fun Tour

Vienna Kids Tour

Happy Children – Happy Parents!

Sightseeing with children is not always so enjoyable. . . . Kids are not very interested in sights, they much rather have activity, fun and . . . . good snacks!

I developed this really cool kids tour that incorporates the main sights of Vienna with kids joy – giving both the kids and their parents a unique experience.
We will start out climbing up St. Stephan’s South Tower (some fitness required) and then get rewarded with a magnificent city view, then reward all of us with some good traditional Viennese Schnitzel (pork or chicken) and continue on to the Graben, the city’s main high-end shopping street, making another stop at the fanciest chocolate and cake shop in town, the DEMEL and taste Vienna’s best Sacher cake. Then we get to see the famous white horses of Vienna, the Lippizane stallions. We will then visit the Imperial Palace and learn about 600 years of Habsburgs history. A faxi cab will then wait for us to drive us through the city right to the cat cafe – Meow!

What an amazing experience we had! Susanne is a wonderful guide (and mother to two kids herself) so she knows how to make a tour exciting and informative for both kids and adults. I was really impressed with her deep knowledge of Vienna and its history, while my kids had a wonderful adventure going from church to shop to Faxi ride to cafe. I highly recommend this trip if you have kids with you — and even recommend it if you don’t have kids because it is so much fun!!!

Jewish history of Vienna is a very delicate topic that many tour guides try to avoid. Susanne does a wonderful job in highlighting this important part of Vienna’s past! She was very knowledgeable and thoughtful. I was visiting Vienna with my young daughter and my goal was to share the history of the city with her while highlighting the impact the Jewish community has made on it over many centuries. Susanne was able to accomplish this goal with excellence. We are very grateful for such wonderful experience
