Mozart in Vienna
It’s the year 2026 — and Mozart’s 270th birthday!
The perfect reason to put together this fabulous tour of Mozart’s life (and death) in Vienna.
Mozart originally came from Salzburg and was sent to Vienna on a rather unexciting business trip for his boss, the Archbishop of Salzburg. While here, he got fired — and instead of returning home, he found his own way in the beautiful but highly competitive city of Vienna.
We’ll visit St. Stephen’s Cathedral, where Mozart married his beloved Constanze (“Stanzi”). We’ll then stop at the Mozart House, where he composed Le Nozze di Figaro and spent some of his happiest years. We’ll also see the place where his health declined and where he sadly died far too young.
To finish the tour, we’ll do something a little different — and truly special. I’ll take you to my favorite cemetery, St. Marx Cemetery, where Mozart found his final resting place. It’s a very magical and moving place.
I can’t wait to have you on my tour and explore all of these incredible places together.
